You may see this bicycle again, but it won’t be on the road!
Bright rays through the clouds made a welcome change
Not much of a crop yet … but it’s quite early in the season yet.
New spots of colour begin to emerge
And a few ‘ends’ disappear from a current work in progress.
Another grey start, but not as chilly as yesterday.
But later … a touch of blue made an appearance.
Hi light of the day is the sight of flowers beginning on our hydrangea.
The sun rose in a stunning blue sky.
The Philadelphus slowly flowers
And an Iris blooms in an unexpected colour!
Petals fall like confetti – forecast rain will bring more to earth.
And another square heads towards the bag for the lockdown blanket!
The clouds soon evaporated and the temperature rose.
The standard rose is in good form. Most of these blooms will be gone if the weather turns and tomorrow brings storms tomorrow.
The honeysuckle is beginning to flower, it’s almost covering the lilac. Have to be honest – I prefer the honeysuckle!
Difficult to spot, but the blackbird sang from the Rowan this morning.
