Rain was forecast. We had none! It was sunny and mild all day.
We had a very happy time visiting family at their new house. The garden needs a lot of work! While we were there we heard that Prince Philip had died.

Life is the same each day. Luckily I am patient and content! Although a trip out will be good!
Today was a sitting inside and reminiscing sort of day. The above was taken a while ago in the Cairngorms. We thought it was cold today – but not as cold as that trip! It was the height of summer and the welcome reflected the weather! Both were colder than ice!
It was a grey start
But it soon turned into a beautiful day.
The Guard is on duty. Enjoying the warmth of the sun I think.
This daffodil is still flowering after almost 6 weeks!
