To those of you that experience a lot of snow this will seem nothing
However, waking at 6 in April to see snow begin to fall is VERY unusual and was not expected.
Thankfully by 10 it was gone.
But sadly our plans with grandchildren had already been cancelled
April 9
Rain was forecast. We had none! It was sunny and mild all day.
We had a very happy time visiting family at their new house. The garden needs a lot of work! While we were there we heard that Prince Philip had died.

Sometimes it’s brighter later in the day. it’s chilly again.
Life is the same each day. Luckily I am patient and content! Although a trip out will be good!
Today was a sitting inside and reminiscing sort of day. The above was taken a while ago in the Cairngorms. We thought it was cold today – but not as cold as that trip! It was the height of summer and the welcome reflected the weather! Both were colder than ice!
