It was an early start

The slightest of breeze and a borage flower landed on a peony.

I made some cake bites to take to a get-together

And we were ‘amused’ by a ‘literate’ graffiti commentator!

I’m starting with a nod towards last night.

It turned into a very pleasant, though chilly, evening. Quite lay I went out to see if I could spot the ISS. I did, but it is too far away to snap with the phone. I did, however, catch the moon.

This morning was much brighter and more peaceful …
… until the artillery began firing from nearby military training grounds.
We were even serenaded during the quiet periods.

Showers of course! And Crochet!

Let’s not talk about the rain today

We saw the sun! Briefly!

I posted this picture on Twitter to celebrate the response from British Gas! Success?
I’ll tell you next month!

I had hoped to see more of the sun today – but this was the best we could do.

Even these little bits of blue disappeared. Rain continued but the wind dropped.
Today should have been the rescheduled visit of the gas engineer! It was another no show. I’ve made a complaint on Twitter …
I wonder…
