The evening sun for a change. It’s been a busy day.
A visit to Basingstoke Town Centre was the order of the day.
Lots of birthday shopping but there was time for a tasty lunch.
We reviewed the art near the station
And were touched to see a young man greet his girlfriend with flowers.
June 3
The sun did break through during the morning but I didn’t see much of it!
Hubby visited the optician and ended up at the emergency eye clinic!
It showed the NHS at its best! He’s now home having been lasered for a torn retina!
June 2
I couldn’t sleep so was up early
Our visitor goes home today. It’s been fun having him here.
Now we’ll just have the developing rose buds to watch.
