Blue skies and passing clouds all day. It was warm in the sun, and I even had a group Zoom conversation from the garden. Hopefully the shape of things to come? Last year breakfast in the garden was a real treat.
It was the ideal day to plant a rose we were given last autumn.
As always – there were ‘lookers-on’!
And I was sent this snap of someone cheekily sneaking a cuddle in one of my blankets!
Life doesn’t change – we are still in lockdown. Tomorrow is the hi light of the week – we have a food delivery!
The sky is still there! It’s good to have contacts in these uncertain times!
I wonder if the birds are aware that things are different?
On the ground – even the tiniest change is worth recording. The first Scilla showed its colour this morning
And the sky showed us it’s still there again this evening.
A day of passing clouds. The pigeons watch from various vantage points.
In an almost forgotten corner a grape hyacinth begins to show its colour
And scraps find a new home.
As the year progresses the sun will rise further and further to the left.
The blue sky belies the chill – but it is still March!
Another quick finish this morning
It’s a blanket for a baby expected in March. The table was too wet – so a bush took its place as a prop!
