Today is our daughter’s birthday. She is still in hospital and quite poorly. No visiting or close comfort of course, but another patient (who is also a nurse) arranged for a cake to be sent on to the ward. Such a kind gesture.

Here – Life just went on as normal

It wasn’t cloudy all day – but it was chilly.

We were cheered by this blossom which won’t last long.

Tomorrow may be an exciting day! Who knows…?
