Roses on the way!

A poor picture, but this Robin watched me from the apple tree as I wandered around the garden. His nest is nearby and he serenades regularly.

The birds love the variety of berries to be found around.

And the blackbird will fight for these when they are ready.

Light showers continue.

Even the smallest patch of blue cheers the soul on a grey morning.

Today we ‘suffered’ rain – hail – thunder and lightning! All interspersed with snatches of blue sky and sunshine.

And a beautiful rainbow!

The garden is looking very green and healthy.
