It’s a silly thing, but I’ve missed vapour trails.

They are still not as frequent as ‘before Covid’ but this morning saw strong evidence.

They soon dispersed

Temperatures are rising little by little

It was a lovely day.

Blue sky all day and warm sun on my back. Wonderful

Shadows were strong.

The Rowan berries became more apparent as the day progressed

Some of us enjoyed the chance to work in the garden.

With just a bit more sun maybe the raspberries will ripen properly?

The new project continues. Difficult to work on after dark so sorting was the order of the day.

The sun was high in the sky after a night of rain.

The day was dry apart from a couple of showers but no incentive to do anything.

Hartiflette ready for the oven. A family recipe very loosely based on Tartiflette. It’s a relatively new adaptation and we prefer it.

Was I early? Or was the sun late?

The world was very quiet but I wasn’t the only one up and watching.

Quite pleased with how this looks in almost daylight!

An unexpected invitation for supper was gladly accepted.

And then – the start of something new.
Yes. More rain but we avoided the showers.
