Sun all day
This hibiscus has been a feature on my recent walks. The flowers are falling. Autumn is just around the corner.
Three more days to feed the cat.
Crochet continues And the day ended with a ‘promise’

Cloudy for most of the day with a few spots of rain.
I went for another road walk, but not much to see!
Hi spot of the day was feeding the cat
And, of course, some crochet!
August 20
Rain fell overnight leaving droplets like diamonds around the garden
It’s surprising what you can see when you go for a walk
And the cat waits to be fed.
August 19
The sun was a little shy!
It looked like rain so our ‘charge’ opted to stay inside
In spite of covid the weeds continue to grow! Weeding is a tedious pastime!
Cheese and home grown tomatoes with pesto make a good sandwich lunch!
