Another grey start, but not as chilly as yesterday.
But later … a touch of blue made an appearance.

The longest day! Grey and cold!! I even considered turning on the central heating….
It rained too – but dad brought this little fledgling to feed. I watch their antics through this window on most days.
Another square completed for the temperature blanket, and something along the same lines begun as shown below.

Today we celebrate not having anything to celebrate!
Instead of being the last day of Lockdown it’s the day before the ‘rest’ of Lockdown!
Instead, let’s celebrate the future – apples …
… and tomatoes in abundance we hope!

The day started dry
No sun in evidence. But no rain in evidence until early evening.
Petals continue to fall, and an unexpected invitation to a barbecue was a perfect end to the day
