A very chilly start. Frosty and below freezing.
No frost once the sun shone.
Our local shop had a break in. very unusual I’m glad to say. We discovered it when we went for a walk. It was only a short walk S we expected the plumber.
Blocked and leaky sinks are no fun. He’ll be back tomorrow to finish the job

A pleasant day – I even managed to go for a walk.
Used my new cup – a Christmas gift – it will quickly become a favourite.

A met office warning of thunderstorms was retracted! And it was pleasant enough for a walk with the family.
Paths that wind this way and that!
This was followed by a delicious dinner – such a treat to have a meal cooked for me.
The dog was worn out – even if we weren’t!
